Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a security engineering team, from graduate to senior levels, including line management and career guidance.
  • •Provide technical guidance on vulnerability remediation and drive new security engineering projects.
  • •Work with upstream open source projects to handle vulnerability lifecycle processes and address potential CVEs.
  • •Coach, mentor, and offer career development feedback; identify and measure team health indicators.
  • •Plan and manage progress on agreed goals, implement disciplined engineering processes, and represent the team and product to stakeholders, partners, and customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven academic track record from high school and university, with an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or STEM (or a compelling alternative path).

  • •Mastery in at least one programming language (e.g., Go, Java, C, Python).
  • •Experience working in an agile development environment and a track record of going above-and-beyond.
