Job Summary

Ensure accurate and timely delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly client reports to global stakeholders. Lead a team responsible for report production, data validation, quality control, and escalation handling. Partner across Distribution, Investment, Technology, Compliance, and Investment Services, tracking KPIs and maintaining SOPs to meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure accurate and timely delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to global stakeholders.
•Supervise the team by allocating tasks, monitoring workload, enforcing reporting procedures, and coaching junior staff.
•Oversee preparation and distribution of client reports (portfolio performance, holdings, transactions, valuations) and review for accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
•Validate data inputs from accounting, trading, and risk systems; implement integrity checks and resolve discrepancies.
•Serve as an escalation point for client issues and coordinate with internal teams for audits, governance meetings, and issue resolution.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8+ years of experience in financial services, preferably Asset Management or Investment Banking.
•2+ years of experience leading teams.
•Strong understanding of client communications processes and structures.
•Familiarity with performance calculations and exposure to investment accounting.
•Knowledge of financial regulations including GAAP, IFRS, EMIR, and MiFID.
