Personal Banker Associate I - Humble West

After an onboarding and education program, you’ll become a Retail Personal Banker focused on consultative outreach to proactively identify and meet customers’ financial needs. You’ll build thorough customer profiles using a Financial Needs Assessment, cross-sell retail consumer and small business products, and set appointments using approved marketing tools. You’ll support Financial Center goals, collaborate with business partners through referrals, process teller transactions, and help ensure a positive, compliant customer experience.
