Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
  • •Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analyzing credit and financial information.
  • •Ability to obtain S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at the time of employment.
