Production Assistant Manager

Lead shift-based production management to ensure world-class manufacturing practices, KPIs, and production hit rates are achieved. Supervise Production employees and lead the Production Planning Control team for raw material and master scheduling. Drive continuous improvement across safety, cost, quality, training, inventory, and services, leveraging Mfg 4.0 and AI. Maintain quality control, 5S, SOP compliance, and run business audits while coordinating with Manufacturing, HR, Quality, Safety, and Commercial teams to meet targets.
