Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers entering the service area, answer questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or location.
  • •Determine appointment status and record customer and vehicle information, including VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage.
  • •Control service traffic flow and parking; park vehicles after they have been written up and assist with loaner vehicles as needed.
  • •Drive vehicles safely within the facility and report any lot damage immediately.
  • •Prepare vehicles for service by installing disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and ID tags, then deliver keys and repair order copies to the service advisors.
