Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in development and execution of audit plans for Capital One Finance business, including accounting, regulatory reporting, and treasury/balance-sheet risks
  • •Lead small audits or own completion of significant components of larger audits
  • •Develop engagement planning documentation, scoping rationale, and audit programs to cover key risks
  • •Design and execute audit procedures to verify internal control effectiveness and document processes, evidence, and gaps
  • •Provide coaching and on-the-job training to audit staff, including junior associates and recent hires
