Lead end-to-end IT application solution management for global supply chain capabilities, partnering with business and multiple functional teams to design, configure, and test scalable solutions. Own application health, performance, integrations, and incident resolution, and drive corrective/preventive actions, modernization efforts, and service delivery aligned to SLA and availability targets. Translate business process requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensure governance and SOX control execution, and manage project budgets and contingent resources.
