Assure manufactured beverages meet PCNA specifications by operating and monitoring blending equipment and maintaining accurate daily QC records. Lead lab activities including finished product, packaging, and raw-material testing (water, syrup, sugar, high-fructose corn syrup), calibrating equipment, and performing water treatment. Train new technicians, manage lab inventory via Kanban, and support CIP setup/verification. Coordinate closely with the QC Supervisor and QC Manager to keep quality high.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate and monitor micro blend operations and blending equipment to ensure beverage quality.
•Test finished products, packages, water, syrup, and high-fructose corn syrup per PCNA quality procedures.
•Calibrate equipment and monitor production lines for beverage quality.
•Conduct microbiology activities (collecting, plating, reading, and recording) and handle concentrate receiving.
•Train new associates/technicians, control lab inventory using Kanban, and support CIP setup/verification and housekeeping.

Key Requirements

•High school or equivalent, or three (3) years of quality control experience.
•Must have basic math and computer skills.
•Background in chemistry and laboratory environment preferred.
•Must have good written and oral communication, organizational skills, and be able to think analytically.
•Must be self-motivated and able to learn and follow established procedures in a fast-paced environment.
