Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of event productions, including pre-production logistics, vendor selection, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up.

  • •Assess and manage budgets and work with project managers to keep delivery on track.
  • •Research vendors/technologies, source venues and permits, handle insurance requirements, and manage key administrative tasks like expenses, invoicing, and contract support.
