Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary point of contact to resolve client/account issues of varying complexity in collaboration with auction teams and stakeholders.
  • •Provide exceptional customer service regarding vehicle condition and/or discrepancies while maintaining positive relationships.
  • •Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and communicate with auction departments to ensure proper movement/organization of client inventory and timely reconditioning completion.
  • •Examine vehicles in the sales lineup, complete reconditioning estimates, coordinate/approve reconditioning services, and conduct condition report and imaging audits.
  • •Educate and act as a liaison for clients on auction processes, and recommend or upsell Manheim/CAI products and services based on client needs.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination including education/certification or 5 years of related experience.
  • •Valid driver’s license and safe driving ability.
  • •Prior vehicle reconditioning and/or general auto body knowledge.
  • •Ability to work with minimal supervision as a self-starter and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with team-based interpersonal skills.
