Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving client issues for accounts ranging from simple to more complex, collaborating with auction teams and various stakeholders.
•Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to vehicle condition or discrepancies and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external parties.
•Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and maintain direct communication with other auction departments to ensure proper movement of client inventory and timely completion of reconditioning services.
•Build strong client relationships, review vehicles for standards and quality, prepare cost estimates for reconditioning, and conduct condition report and imaging audits to minimize risk and goodwill expenses.
•Demonstrate knowledge of condition report data and vehicle inspection processes to identify past repairs (paint, body, frame, PDR).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22.07 - 33.13 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field. OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline; OR 5 years’ experience in a related field.
