Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead an interdisciplinary team of technicians responsible for all facilities operations at Redmond and Woodinville to ensure zero unplanned interruptions.
  • •Oversee and develop the team through coaching and performance development.
  • •Manage third-party service providers to ensure services meet standards and contract terms.
  • •Develop, plan and execute site improvement projects aligned with business objectives and strategy.
  • •Prioritize tasks and projects using CMMS data to drive efficiency and continuous improvement; provide 24x7 on-call support.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in facilities supervision, directing facilities related projects and providing hands-on mechanical and electrical support.
  • •1+ years of experience with building management and automated facilities monitoring systems and processes including HVAC, fluids, electrical systems, telecommunications, fire suppression, generators, and grounds.
  • •1+ years of experience implementing maintenance management methodologies such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering or other related field (preferred).
