Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the pipeline and sales cycle from prospecting to close, including discovery, business value discussions, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • •Develop and execute strategic account plans for named enterprise accounts, driving long-term growth and multi-solution adoption.
  • •Build multi-threaded C-suite and executive business/IT relationships to influence enterprise buying committees.
  • •Lead executive business reviews (EBRs) to showcase realized value, adoption metrics, and growth opportunities.
  • •Maintain accurate CRM forecasting, conduct political mapping for deals, and orchestrate cross-functional pursuit teams to deliver customized solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Enterprise SaaS sales experience selling software to large, multi-brand organizations.
  • •Experience managing and growing Named Enterprise Accounts (Fortune 1000).
  • •Proven ability to close multi-six-figure and seven-figure ACV deals.
  • •Deep commercial knowledge of the e-commerce landscape, including competitors and complementary technologies (e.g., CMS, PIM, ERP).
  • •Fluency in a recognized sales methodology (MEDDPICC strongly preferred).
