Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development and ongoing maintenance of the weekly production plan by preparing sequence plans and batching recipes to align with forecasted demand.
  • •Assist Production Planner(s) in executing and revising the daily kitchen and plating sequence to ensure timely, efficient, balanced workflows.
  • •Aid in re-sequencing plans as needed to adapt to unforeseen circumstances, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • •Coordinate day-to-day operational readiness by reviewing shift progress, identifying bottlenecks, and communicating updates during daily handovers in the absence of the Planner/Senior Planner.
  • •Monitor recooks and follow up with Procurement to confirm ingredient availability to support adherence to the Production Plan.

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years of experience in planning, logistics, data analytics, production operations, supply chain, inventory analysis, or related fields.
  • •Prior experience and/or willingness to work in a food manufacturing environment.
  • •Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • •Basic data analysis and analytics skills.
  • •Effective communication, problem-solving, computer literacy, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
