Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead projects and programmes from inception through delivery.
  • •Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
  • •Manage stakeholder relationships and deliver high-quality client outcomes.
  • •Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support project delivery.
  • •Deliver projects across a portfolio spanning sectors such as rail, civil infrastructure, transport, healthcare, education, commercial, data centres, utilities, residential, and major capital programmes.

Key Requirements

  • •Postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • •Actively pursuing Chartered Status with one of: SCSI/RICS, CIOB, RIBA, or Engineers Ireland (EI).
  • •Experience working within key markets, including commercial, public sector, and infrastructure projects.
  • •Ability to lead projects and programmes from inception through delivery, managing scope, schedule, cost, risk, and stakeholders.
  • •Strong communication and leadership skills to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions across complex projects.
