Key Responsibilities

  • •Structure and evaluate complex deals from origination to closure, ensuring profitability and compliance with Mastercard financial policies.
  • •Perform detailed financial analysis (ROI, NPV modeling, scenario planning) to assess risk-return trade-offs and optimize deal outcomes.
  • •Serve as a strategic finance partner to provide insights on portfolio performance, deal economics, strategic investments, and pricing/revenue optimization opportunities.
  • •Ensure governance and compliance for deal tracking and reporting under US GAAP and local statutory requirements (HK, Macau, Taiwan) with timely submissions.
  • •Build commercial team capability by coaching on deal modeling and value creation principles, and collaborate with regional COEs to standardize tools and frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in business finance, deal management, FP&A, or commercial finance, preferably in financial services, payments, fintech, or multinational environments.
  • •Strong financial modeling experience for investment evaluation and complex deal structuring.
  • •Solid knowledge of US GAAP and local GAAP (preferred).
  • •Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and partner with senior stakeholders in a matrix organization.
  • •Excellent communication skills; Cantonese and Mandarin required (English advantageous).
