Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure end-to-end execution of EMEA mobility operations (relocations, assignments, immigration, tax coordination) aligned with global policies, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Serve as first level escalation point for complex, non-standard, or sensitive mobility cases and resolve or escalate issues appropriately.
  • •Monitor service quality, cycle times, and backlog; maintain accurate documentation, case tracking, and internal control adherence.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mobility Specialists/Senior Specialists by setting goals and KPIs and conducting performance reviews and development planning.
  • •Ensure compliance and audit readiness by executing immigration/tax/labor law processes, proactively identifying risks and control gaps, and supporting internal/external audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related areas.
  • •4+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership experience.
  • •Experience leading or coordinating teams in a high-volume, process-driven environment.
  • •Broad and deep theoretical understanding of job function.
  • •Proven people leadership experience in an operational or shared services environment, including the ability to coach and manage a team.
