Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product strategy for end-to-end flight connectivity, ensuring high availability, low latency, and global coverage across airline and supply partners.
  • •Drive the roadmap for flight search capabilities, Look-to-Book (L2B) management, and pricing engine logic to maximize conversion and margin.
  • •Develop and execute sourcing and revenue optimization strategies using intelligent provider routing, NDC integration, and supply chain efficiency.
  • •Define and track operational and business KPIs, including price competitiveness, availability, L2B, and system latency.
  • •Work within an AI-first environment to shape and utilize AI agent workflows for accelerating development cycles and automating repetitive tasks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 219,000 - 249,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (or related quantitative field) plus required expectations for the degree by the scheduled start date, or a Bachelor’s degree in any field with 4 years of Product Management experience.
  • •Experience delivering business results and using P&L tradeoffs to optimize long-term value.
  • •Ability to translate ambiguous technical and business problems into clear product requirements and lead cross-functional execution.
  • •Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or similar platforms to prototype and validate product ideas.
  • •Comfort tracking and supporting key product/business KPIs (e.g., price competitiveness, availability, L2B, system latency).
