Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with key leadership to develop recruiting strategies and pipelines for multiple organizations.
•Partner with recruiting managers and business stakeholders to understand job requirements and sourcing priorities and share qualified leads.
•Manage the full candidate funnel by engaging with active and passive talent.
•Develop and implement candidate-generation and sourcing strategies using recruiting tools and techniques, including social media platforms and Boolean search.
•Analyze hiring trends, market analytics, and industry changes, and build/maintain diverse talent communities for current and future hiring needs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with extensive talent sourcing experience (engineering and/or IT-computer science).
•8+ years of experience in a mix of corporate and search firm (agency) talent sourcing and candidate generation, with a focus on Information Technology and Data Analytics.
•Proven skills in talent mapping, research, competitive intelligence, and Boolean search techniques.
•Track record of using metrics to drive results and behavior.
•Experience optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, plus implementing changes to meet hiring needs.
