Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and own yield performance by investigating yield excursions, determining root causes, and publishing actionable yield paretos for improvement priorities.
  • •Track probe yield performance and trends to explain gaps between target and actual yields, including yield trend analysis across process steps and design changes.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PI, Probe, PE, EFA, PFA, and others) to correlate signals and findings and translate results into clear technical direction.
  • •Drive implementation, monitoring, and standardization of yield fixes with module/inline monitoring/global teams to achieve sustainable yield improvements.
