Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage delivery of building certification projects and competitive bids.
  • •Provide expert technical guidance on BREEAM, WELL, and other environmental performance certification schemes.
  • •Support clients with decarbonisation targets and practical pathways, recommending low-carbon design measures.
  • •Analyse datasets and produce concise technical summaries and detailed technical reports, presenting findings to clients.
  • •Mentor junior consultants, oversee internal quality assurance, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree (or equivalent) in engineering, architecture, building services, or a related discipline.
  • •Strong, demonstrable expertise in building certification schemes, including deep knowledge of BREEAM and WELL.
  • •5+ years’ experience in sustainability consulting within the built environment.
  • •Licensed BREEAM Assessor, with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams through certification processes.
  • •Experience preparing and leading tenders/proposals, plus strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
