Key Responsibilities

  • •Be a key player in the Innovation Design Studio, pushing the boundaries of On’s design and technology platforms.
  • •Own projects from bold visions through successful implementation of innovation concepts.
  • •Collaborate with athletes and science teams to elevate data-driven footwear design and innovation.
  • •Leverage progressive 2D and 3D design to co-create and co-define On’s design vision.
  • •Co-develop advanced prototyping workflows and partner with Zurich- and Vietnam-based development teams, traveling 2–4 times per year.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in product/industrial design and/or design engineering.
  • •5+ years’ experience delivering innovation solutions for global innovation teams, preferably in footwear.
  • •Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills to break down complex problems.
  • •Deep knowledge of advanced materials and manufacturing processes, with eagerness to experiment and pioneer new technologies.
  • •Excellent 3D and prototyping skills, with computational design knowledge and AI fluency as a plus.
