Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage inbound, pick/pack, outbound shipments, and inventory while ensuring site-specific quality and fulfillment targets.
  • •Create and manage day-to-day operational strategy to keep the campus safe and productive, including shift directives.
  • •Lead individual performance management, deliver performance evaluations, and contribute to the development of direct reports.
  • •Oversee quality assurance by establishing metrics, applying best practices, performing root-cause analysis, and improving tools/processes.
  • •Drive lean process improvement/continuous improvement initiatives, ensure SOPs and training are up to date, manage value stream budgeting, and advise on seasonal labor needs.

Key Requirements

  • •HS degree or GED required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • •2+ years of progressive operations experience in a manager role.
  • •Experience leading up to 100 associates.
  • •Experience with process improvement methodologies (LEAN; Six Sigma preferred/certification preferred).
  • •Intermediate math and proficiency with Microsoft Office, with strong emphasis on Excel.
