Payroll Tax Manager

Own payroll tax compliance and strategy as the internal subject matter expert, advising payroll, equity, HR, and accounting teams on legislative changes and validating tax positions. Lead global payroll tax audits and information requests from revenue authorities, identify refund opportunities, and reduce tax risk. Partner cross-functionally across HR, Finance, Legal, Equity Administration, and Benefits, including support for equity withholding and M&A integrations, while collaborating with the Finance Data team to improve payroll tax reporting.
