Job Summary

Operate a loader as a core crew member to support asphalt plant production at multiple project locations. Coordinate with plant foreman and other plant employees to meet daily schedules and estimates, stockpile raw materials safely, and provide assistance to plant personnel in extreme temperatures. Key Responsibilities

•Maintain plant production levels by operating the loader and supporting plant operations at various locations.
•Coordinate with plant employees and the foreman to ensure daily schedules/estimates are met.
•Stockpile raw materials using the loader in a safe and efficient manner.
•Assist with jobs by using power/hand tools when required and performing normal operating equipment adjustments (including oil/grease).
•Perform related duties such as backfilling trenches/excavations and support other positions to complete work.

•Adhere to PPE policy and be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
