Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct management of architectural and engineering design and programming documentation efforts within Creative Studio and projects.
  • •Coordinate work of outside contract firms, project partners, stakeholders, and in-house teams to ensure projects align with the creative and facility plan vision.
  • •Coordinate between the project design team and facility architecture/engineering vendors, including preliminary facility program inputs and required exhibits.
  • •Participate in preparation of design drawings and exhibits; review drawings and specifications for alignment with creative intent, completeness, and readiness for transition to project development.
  • •Manage facility architecture/engineering scope-of-work and RFP documents, including vendor selection/pre-qualification, proposal analysis, recommendations, and change negotiations; review weekly/monthly progress and address trends.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Direct management of architectural and engineering design and programming documentation efforts for creative and facility plans.
  • •Ability to coordinate with outside contract firms, project partners, stakeholders, and in-house teams to ensure design consistency and support delivery objectives.
  • •Experience reviewing drawings and specifications to confirm they meet design intent, development criteria, and are complete and accurate for transition to project development.
  • •Capability to identify, develop, and define FOH and BOH program requirements through ongoing interface with operational and creative teams.
