Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop an evidence-based perspective on how production environments are evolving, grounded in customer workflows and market/technology change.
  • •Collect and synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights to identify patterns and meaningful opportunities.
  • •Frame and evaluate strategic opportunities, defining customer value, differentiation, trade-offs, and success measures.
  • •Translate industry opportunities into implications for product, platform, partnership, and portfolio priorities, including risks and expected outcomes.
  • •Lead customer and industry engagements and align cross-functional stakeholders through influence to move initiatives into action.
