Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the accountable owner for the California assessment fleet, driving daily Quality assessment execution and validation project coordination.
  • •Maintain fleet readiness by scheduling, configuring, and utilizing assessment vehicles against software release milestones; coordinate maintenance, repairs, and parts replacement.
  • •Own OTA and build control across the assessment fleet, including update deployment, version tracking, and configuration integrity for release milestone visibility.
  • •Support daily Quality assessment execution with issue reproduction, log collection, structured triage inputs, and hands-on vehicle operations to confirm readiness and unblock work.
  • •Coordinate fleet logistics and cross-functional execution—drivers, vehicle handoffs, special builds with Digital Engineering, escalation, and continuous improvement of assessment operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related technical or operational field (or equivalent technical education, certification, or formal training).
  • •Minimum 7+ years of experience in vehicle operations, fleet coordination, software quality validation, test operations, service engineering, or automotive product quality roles.
  • •Strong understanding of vehicle readiness, fleet utilization, software build deployment, OTA update control, and configuration tracking in an automotive engineering environment.
  • •Experience coordinating vehicle testing/assessment execution, including driver scheduling, issue reproduction support, log collection, and engineering triage inputs.
  • •Ability to perform hands-on vehicle checks and collect structured evidence to support Quality findings, with strong problem-solving and technical judgment.
