Job Summary

Own end-to-end claims adjusting for Allianz Commercial’s Construction and Natural Resources portfolio, with a strong focus on Inherent Defects Construction. Work with brokers and manage a client portfolio from FNOL to conclusion, including reporting and referrals. Collaborate across Underwriting, Operations, and Global teams, train and develop other Claims Handlers, and act as a technical subject matter expert, including input to IT/digital projects and AI-driven insights.

•Deliver effective and efficient claims adjusting for Construction and Natural Resources claims, with heavy focus on Inherent Defects Construction.
•Create and maintain peer-level relationships with brokers and manage a client portfolio as the main entry point for claims.
•Handle claims from FNOL to conclusion, including reporting and referrals for varying complexities and values.
•Train and develop the team and act as a technical referral point for other Claims Handlers.
•Collaborate with Underwriting, Operations, and Global teams and contribute technical insights to IT/digital projects.
