Job Summary

Lead industrial operational excellence by driving continuous improvement, digital transformation, data analytics, and performance management across complex manufacturing operations. You’ll champion Lean practices (e.g., Kaizen, Gemba Walks), develop and deliver the transformation roadmap, and partner with senior stakeholders to improve operational performance. Manage transformation projects, budgets, and business cases while building a high-performing multidisciplinary team of Lean, digital, and data specialists.
