  • •Monitor store and individual KPIs to identify training needs.
  • •Customize training interventions to address performance gaps and support store targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail, or a related field.
  • •2–3 years of experience in retail or brand training, preferably in a multi-store setup.
  • •Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.
