Key Responsibilities

•Provide front-line maintenance leadership to support maintenance employees and keep them informed of safety bulletins.
•Ensure safety and health compliance, report unsafe conditions, and maintain proper ergonomics.
•Maintain and improve preventative maintenance programs, ensuring scheduled maintenance completion and repair documentation.
•Oversee maintenance documentation and communications, including leadership updates on scheduled/unscheduled downtime and production information at shift change.
•Direct non-conforming parts to reprocess areas and respond to after-hours calls as needed, including onsite emergency visits.
