Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide market intelligence and data-driven insights to support underwriting and business performance optimization and strategic decision-making.
  • •Build and automate reporting tools for key functional KPIs and conduct variance analysis to identify performance drivers.
  • •Perform statistical analysis of cost and claims development, market inflation trends, and portfolio risk dynamics; evaluate pricing accuracy through benchmarking and trends.
  • •Assess and challenge pricing strategies across business segments, thresholds, and underwriting improvements; support pricing frameworks and guidelines.
  • •Produce analytical inputs for annual operating plans, forecasts, and strategic plans, and ensure governance/control through embedded controls and periodic reviews of underwriting practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • •Ability to structure datasets, understand underlying concepts, and ensure data governance and consistency of data pipelines/reporting tools.
  • •Strong statistical and problem-solving skills, including variance decomposition and sensitivity analysis.
  • •Knowledge of pricing, underwriting, and actuarial methodologies, with ability to benchmark and analyze pricing accuracy and trends.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including storytelling and visualization of insights.
