Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain BIMs for architectural, structural, and MEP systems using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to review BIM models, resolve clashes, and ensure design coordination and integration.
  • •Conduct quality checks, including clash detection, to ensure model accuracy, completeness, compliance, and reduced rework.
  • •Use BIM models for quantity takeoff to support cost estimation, scheduling, and procurement planning.
  • •Manage BIM data and files (version control, organization, access permissions), support 3D visualization/rendering, and assist with HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years relevant BIM experience.
  • •Learning knowledge of AutoCAD MEP, Revit, and Navisworks.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, to be successful in the role.
  • •Professional Qualification in Construction Management or CAD programming.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively, collaborate, and lead/train small teams.
