Own full-cycle recruiting for Samsara’s GTM teams, building diverse pipelines through sourcing, referrals, research, events, and social media. Partner with hiring leaders as a talent advisor to run interview debriefs, drive offer approvals and negotiations, and develop closing strategies. Use data to unblock analysis needs and maintain accurate pipeline updates in Greenhouse and related tools, while advocating for inclusive, bias-mitigating interview processes.
