Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Leads portions of the planning and execution of multiple complex technical projects or programs in support of the evolution of the organization’s software products.
•Develops software roadmaps based on product and technical requirements and business needs.
•Partners with cross-functional software development teams to prioritize, plan, track and execute complex programs.
•Performs program analysis, manages risk, and influences necessary course corrections.
•Continuously assesses and improves the processes that comprise the software development lifecycle.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related discipline; or commensurate work experience.
•Typically 7-10 years of work experience in program/project management, scrum master, or related technology field.
•Proven ability to lead cross-functional software projects and coordinate multiple teams.
•Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, JIRA, Kanban, and software development lifecycle processes.
•Preferred Program Management Professional certification.
