C# Software Developer

Develop and maintain customer-facing applications for mission-critical communications and workflows used in MOTOTRBO systems and Safety Reimagined solutions. Work with the PCR Device Management team (6–7 people) using Agile 2-week sprints with Jira, contributing to architecture for new features and the full lifecycle from requirements to release. Collaborate closely, mentor teammates, and support locally managed products used to configure, program, and troubleshoot PCR devices and infrastructure components.
