Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive goods/materials and verify against invoice, delivery note, and packing list using the approved Miral purchase order (3-way match)
  • •Perform quantity inspection and conduct expiry, temperature, and weigh checks; complete acknowledgements with warehouse stamp and signatures
  • •Store items in designated sections based on product type and temperature requirements; apply barcodes, upload pictures in Maximo, and update bin locations
  • •Issue goods/materials using system-generated requisitions/work orders/material requests (and manual requisitions as needed), including FEFO updates and cross-verification with end-users
  • •Maintain HACCP and ADFCA standards, ensure warehouse cleanliness and safe access control, and support cycle counts and inventory count processing

Key Requirements

  • •High school or equivalent
  • •Minimum 1 year’s operational experience in warehouse and supply chain
  • •Fluent in English
  • •Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • •Ability to work varied shifts (nights, weekends, and public holidays) and handle physical/manual tasks
