Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide advice and consultation to commercial customers related to export finance, export payments, document checking, letters of credit, collections, and risk participation.
  • •Advise the product development team on trade finance activities in line with international practices and ICC publications/local rules.
  • •Ensure procedures comply with bank policy and guidelines; review and act on customer complaints.
  • •Exercise due diligence in applications, including priority customers, high-value transactions, and requests for back-to-back/red clause letters of credit; ensure SLA adherence.
  • •Handle commodity trade operations documents and manage end-to-end exports, imports, and issuance while ensuring risk and control measures are followed.

Key Requirements

  • •9-12 years’ experience in trade finance.
  • •CDCS/CITF/CTFP certified.
  • •Thorough understanding of Swift, trade finance, and financial operating systems.
  • •Graduation with thorough, in-depth understanding of trade finance products and functions.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PPT).
