Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and implementation of complex cloud solutions on Azure and GCP following the architectural framework.
  • •Oversee and optimize global cloud platform deployments, application operations, and resource performance.
  • •Manage and enhance cloud infrastructure security, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and monitoring/observability.
  • •Develop and enforce automation strategies using IaC and troubleshoot complex cloud environment issues.
  • •Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless cloud integration while documenting technical concepts.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of cloud engineering experience with hands-on expertise in GCP and/or Microsoft Azure.
  • •Strong cloud-native architecture knowledge, including containerisation with Kubernetes and Docker and microservices.
  • •Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Ansible for provisioning and configuration.
  • •Solid cloud security expertise, including identity and access management and data protection best practices.
  • •Experience leading and mentoring engineers, plus CI/CD and DevOps practices for continuous delivery and automated testing.
