Coating Operator - Nights

Operate and monitor coating production lines during the night shift, owning performance and accountability. Lead machine setups, product changeovers, and program production sequences to achieve production goals. Troubleshoot malfunctions by monitoring meters, gauges, temperatures, and pressures to identify root causes. Perform routine quality tests, follow safety policies and PPE requirements, and support preventative maintenance and continuous improvement activities (5S/standard work) with the team.
