Job Summary

Lead Cisco’s Country Digital Acceleration (CDA) program in KSA, defining and executing the country strategy aligned to national digital agendas. Oversee end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of CDA projects, manage budgets and forecasts, and establish KPIs for impact reporting. You’ll lead and develop project managers and specialists, partner with senior government and enterprise stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functionally across Cisco teams to drive complex digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

•Define, develop, and execute the CDA country strategy for KSA aligned to national digital agendas and Cisco objectives.
•Provide strategic oversight for a portfolio of CDA projects, ensuring alignment, timely delivery, and adherence to budget and scope.
•Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of project managers and specialists, ensuring effective resource allocation.
•Engage executive-level government and enterprise stakeholders to secure buy-in and drive collaborative success.
•Oversee CDA financials and program reporting (KPIs, forecasts, quarterly updates), and manage cross-functional execution and communication.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in program management, strategic consulting, or senior leadership focused on digital transformation in technology or public sector environments.
•Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex, multi-stakeholder programs from initiation through closure and measurable impact.
•Strong strategic planning, executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management, including engagement at the highest levels of government and enterprise.
•Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
•Proficiency with advanced program/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet, advanced Excel) and strategic planning frameworks; fluent in Arabic and English; PMP/PgMP preferred.
