Job Summary

Own and execute a multi-year talent strategy that attracts, develops, and retains high-performing talent across talent acquisition, learning & development, leadership development, succession planning, and talent technology. Lead a team of talent professionals, provide data-driven insights to executive leadership, and optimize HR systems including an ATS, LMS, and careers platform—while partnering with stakeholders across HQ and schools.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute a multi-year talent strategy aligned to organizational growth, priorities, and workforce requirements.
•Lead an end-to-end recruitment strategy for executive-level positions across School and corporate functions.
•Lead continuous enhancement and optimization of HR talent technologies, including ATS and LMS, and improve candidate experience and reporting capabilities.
•Oversee leadership assessments (e.g., 360), coaching follow-ups, development planning, and KPI setup.
•Manage succession planning and talent pipeline programs, including Graduate Teacher Programs and National Development Programs, with data-driven insights to leadership.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or minimum of an HR module within a non-HR degree).
•Recognized HR qualification and/or professional subscription (e.g., CIPD Level 5 or equivalent SHRM level) desirable.
•Minimum 10 years progressive HR/Talent experience with at least 5 years in a senior talent leadership role.
•Demonstrated experience leading both Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development functions.
•Experience implementing and optimizing HR technology platforms, including ATS and LMS, plus HR analytics and strong MS Office skills.
