Lead scalable asset production pipelines for AAA game development, coordinating internal teams, external vendors, and co-development partners. Manage Associate Producers overseeing day-to-day tracking across asset disciplines like environments, characters, animation, audio, and props. Define and standardize end-to-end workflows (intake through review, approval, integration, and delivery), maintain visibility using Jira, surface pipeline risks and bottlenecks, and deliver milestone updates to production leadership while partnering with QA and development teams to ensure readiness.
