Merchandising Manager, Women’s Footwear

Own the end-to-end Women’s Footwear merchandising strategy for Quince, expanding and managing the product assortment, launches, and performance. Drive assortment growth by influencing long-term planning and delivering near-term results independently. Partner with Product Development and Sourcing to align quality, costs, and vendors, using data (sales velocity, margins, returns, reviews) to identify white space, improve product quality, and refine the roadmap. Manage 0–2 direct reports.
