Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop new or modified dry etch processes by defining processing and equipment requirements and specifications.
  • •Compile and evaluate test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process and material specifications.
  • •Develop and conduct statistical analysis using DOE and SPC to target physical causes of failure and improve yield and quality.
  • •Recommend and implement equipment and process modifications to improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques, and yields for existing products.
  • •Provide technical engineering support in manufacturing and partner with vendors to define and execute equipment and process development roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • •5 years relevant experience in 300mm Dry Etch.
  • •Strong foundation in statistical process control and Design of Experiments (DOE), including data analysis and model-based problem solving.
  • •Experience with engineering change control and process release strategies.
  • •Experience working across teams, collaborating effectively with people in different functions and locations.
