Clinical Nurse 1 (QA)

Provide effective, safe nursing care for a select group of patients under the guidance of a preceptor or designated RN. Apply QCHP nursing/midwifery competencies and scope of practice, delivering care aligned with Joint Commission International standards and the Plan of Care policy. Perform patient assessment, administer medications and therapeutic agents, conduct procedures such as skin tests and immunizations, observe and document patient status in the electronic medical record, and support care through reporting, referrals, and teamwork.
