Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure timely delivery of local artwork (graphics) for all new products in the portfolio via the dedicated management information system.
  • •Oversee project briefs with global graphics agencies and coordinate timely input and alignment from internal stakeholders (Brand Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, and Factory Packaging Technology).
  • •Manage day-to-day artwork project activities, coordinating with global graphics teams, factory packaging technology departments, and printers, while resolving ad hoc issues with project leaders.
  • •Review and approve artwork-related cost estimates from GLARAs (Global Lead Artwork and Repro Agencies) and printing suppliers.
  • •Supervise the Artwork Project Assistant and represent the Polish Artwork Team in European forums, supporting testing and implementation of global initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in project coordination, artwork management, marketing operations, or a related role.
  • •University degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • •Fluent English and Polish, both written and spoken.
