Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor assigned immigration cases using case management and billing systems.
  • •Advise on travel needs and counsel on immigration processes for business travel and sponsorship cases.
  • •Provide legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery to clients.
  • •Own senior-level escalations, mentor Mobility Specialists and Coordinators, and assist leadership on large projects.
  • •Regularly monitor mobility dashboards and help channels to ensure SLA response times and accurate status reporting; analyze and submit visa/work permit applications.

Key Requirements
