Key Responsibilities

  • •Build end-to-end features across the stack, from accessible, responsive user interfaces to resilient, scalable back-end services.
  • •Use AI coding agents throughout the development lifecycle, including planning, design, codebase analysis, implementation, testing, documentation, code review, and refactoring.
  • •Apply and help evolve AI-driven development lifecycle (AIDLC) practices such as spec-driven development and agentic workflows.
  • •Review, test, and harden AI-generated code to production quality; troubleshoot software defects and issues and ensure timely resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) with 2-5 years building production software.

  • •Proficient with AIDLC techniques such as scoping tasks for agents, writing effective specs/prompts, managing context, and evaluating AI output for correctness, security, and maintainability.
